Can tAI see my entire Notion workspace?

No. Only pages and databases you have explicitly shared with the tAI connection, either during Connect or later from a page's own Connections menu.

Why did tAI find a page by title but then fail to read it?

Notion's own search index can surface a page's title before that specific page has been fully shared with the connection. Share it from that page's Connections menu in Notion, then try again.

Can tAI delete a page or a database entry?

No. There is no delete tool for this connector. Nothing it does can remove content from your workspace.

Can tAI create a page anywhere in my workspace?

No. A new page always needs an existing parent page that has been shared with tAI. There is no way to create a page at the workspace root through this connector.

Does notion_create_database_entry fill in every column?

No. It only sets the entry's title and an optional plain-text body. Any other columns configured on that database are left empty.

Can tAI add headings, images, or other formatted blocks to a page?

No. notion_append_blocks adds plain paragraphs only.

I have more than one Notion workspace. Which one does tAI use?

Whichever workspace you authorize during Connect. To switch, disconnect and reconnect with the other workspace.

What happens if I revoke access from Notion's side instead of disconnecting in tAI?

The next Notion request fails with a clear error. Reconnect from Settings → Connectors to restore access.

Does tAI check my workspace on its own, without me asking?

No. There is no background polling.

Does disconnecting Notion delete anything?

No. Disconnecting only stops future access. Pages, databases, and sharing settings in Notion are untouched.
