create_draft
The tool people are most curious about, since it is the only one capable of producing outgoing text. It writes a new draft into your Gmail account with the recipient, subject, and body filled in, and that draft appears in your own Drafts folder exactly as if you had started typing it yourself. It goes no further than that: there is no corresponding send tool. Even if you explicitly ask tAI to send an email, it prepares the draft and tells you it is ready for you to review and send yourself. This always applies and cannot be overridden.
