Privacy and data handling

• You authenticate directly with your Google account. tAI never sees your Google password.
• tAI can only access the Gmail account you have connected.
• Access is limited to two scopes: read access to your inbox (messages, threads, labels), and the ability to manage drafts (create, read, update, delete). Google Drive, Calendar, Photos, and your account settings are not included.
• tAI only accesses your Gmail data when a request in the conversation requires it, and retrieves the minimum needed. There is no standing copy of your inbox and no background sync.
• The access token is refreshed automatically. You never need to manually reconnect because time has passed.
• Access can be revoked at any time from Settings → Connectors in tAI, or from your Google Account's third-party access settings. Either one takes effect immediately.
